Apparently, I reached a new level of "I'M TIRED." Over the weekend, mama attested that I was crying and screaming in my sleep. Well, there's nothing new with my sleep talking. But the crying and screaming seems way too much for me.
Over the past few days, it has been emotionally draining. It was just last Friday, when I finally realized the truthfulness about the death of a dear friend. (which I'll probably be blogging about soon). Then on Saturday, I had (yet again) another exhausting experience with a TELECOM COMPANY's store Customer Service. Allow me to explain this last thing.
"THIS" mall's telecom company's store customer service has been consistently annoying me for 6 years already. Well, I don't really go to the store always, but everytime I have to... it is almost always that I will feel disappointed and/or infuriated! UNA, there's this looooong line. I have nothing against waiting, but right in front of you - you can actually see how kupad the transaction will go. And it's not because a customer will take time to explain his/her concern but because of the multi-tasking attendants. AS IN! In the 30 minutes of transaction, you can actually see that only 10 minutes of that time is actually spent on attending the customer.
While outside the customer service area, you can see other employees roaming around. MAS MARAMI PA SILA!! My golly, dear telecom company - why won't you hire more efficient employees at the customer service. After all, we're not there to demand more from you, but rather - most of the customers are actually applying for a new account!
Yung tipong di ka naman nanlilimos sa kanila, pero daig mo pa yung nanlilimos dahil sa pagmamakaawa. And I'm not sure if it's just that I lost my patience already, but it really felt that we were not taken seriously. Like, they should not ask "is there anything more that I could help you with" if they're not willing to address it! I really thought I was getting reprimanded after being explained of something we were asking. HAY NAKO, IF IT WASN'T FOR THEIR "OKAY" MOBILE PLAN. After getting NOTHING from our long wait, I can't help but think of how we wasted our time waiting! Sabi ko nga, I have nothing against waiting lalo na that I know I'll benefit from it. Kaso if after the waiting and the results are tremendously disappointing, I'd rather not do it again. "THIS" mall's telecom company's store is closing soon as they are moving out to a different place. I just do hope that with their "new and improved" store will come a "new and improved" set of employees.
