The public transportation

As a lame 22 year old, I am privileged to be chaperoned on almost everywhere I go. I never had that taste of how cruel a rush hour meant to the commuting public. After a day of experiencing commuting, I am more than thankful for the private vehicle I am provided with.

So here's how that day went.

Last Friday, I accompanied Ate Joy to her interview at RCBC, BGC. That might have sound normal, however, we have to commute going to BGC. While lightheaded from the sumptuous buffet we had, Kuya gave me instructions on how to get there. I may have done a little commuting before with friends, but this time it's different as it was only Ate Joy and I. I knew better and was already horrified on how cruel the morning rush hour will be, so we left home as early as 4:45 AM.

Jeepney ride to Letre - Bus ride to MRT North Avenue Station - MRT ride to Ayala Station - BGC bus to RCBC.

Well, that was easy! All we had to do was follow the "heard" and a little random help from the guards and janitors and ticket sellers.

You see, this really is a huge achievement to me. Would probably something I can cross of my bucket list (if it was included, but it should be, should I add it? But that kinda ruins the whole bucket list sense noh? NVM then). We were so proud of ourselves that we didn't want to leave BGC without having ice creams. Then when it was time to go home, we were dead tired and mostly sleepy.

Bus ride to the Central Station of BGC Bus - MRT ride to North Avenue Station

It was roughly 3:00 then when we rode the MRT, but the amount of people were vast that I must say, the experience's definitely one for the books. Thank God my dear Kuya was around QC that time and he fetched us from Trinoma and gave us a ride home.

You dear reader, how's your commuting experience?
