UAAP SEASON 74 WOMEN'S VOLLEYBALL: DLSU LADY SPIKERS CHAMPION

First of all I want to say thanks to JENICA PASION for asking her friend to buy me and my friends tickets. According to her, as of 10:30 all tickets were already sold out!

So it was really an intense game. [not really, because LASALLE won just in 3 sets]. From the 1st set to the 3rd set, the Lady Spikers exemplified the championship title they deserve to own. I love everyone from the veterans to the rookies. HONESTLY I'm not really a volleyball fan, I'm more of a basketball person; so it was only during the last few games before the finals that I was able to watch. (well, mostly it was Ateneo's game since I was rooting for my friend Ella de Jesus #8).

Besides the fact that I should support to my own Alma Mater, they really are worth the respect and admiration for their mind-blowing performance each game. But I really must give credits for the Ateneo Lady Eagles they really did great especially the performance of Alyssa Valdez, Fille Cainglet, and Dzi Gervacio (ofcourse Ella is still as stunning as ever), however, it isn't enough to defeat the defending champions.

Kudos to Captain Ball Charlene Cruz on her last playing season and for winning back to back MVP for the finals. For Michelle Gumabao for just being awesome by her blocks. For Abigail Maraño for the points she contributed (the crowd was cheering "MVP! MVP" while she was on the service line). Ara Galang, Mika Reyes, and Mika Esperanza for their sets and spikes. For Melissa Gohing for her receives (and I hope that she'll play again for the last time next season). And for the rest of the players who were really cute because of what they are doing every time a team calls for a time-out. Of course for the coaching staff headed by Coach Ramil de Jesus, for continually producing outstanding volleyball players and guiding them to be motivated to reach their goal of winning!
