tamang sleeping habit

Trying to have the NORMAL sleeping hours.
Yesterday, I slept early 10.45; I was already SLEEPING.
When I woke up, I find a hard time opening my ey
es. hahaha
When I get too much sleep, its hard for them waking m
e;
when I don't get enough sleep, its easier for me to be awaken.

My mom and I had already talked about this a million times, for my mom AS A NORMAL TEEN (yuck teen. kid nlng haha), I SHOULD GET 9-10 HOURS OF SLEEP, that at 9.00 I should sleep, but I told her that it makes me feel drowsy in the morning.


Yesterday, its not that I'm trying to prove that I could do it, its just that I HAVE DONE IT; I had sleep early.ü
And history will repeat itself, so later this evening I'LL TRY AGAIN SLEEPING EARLY.


SLEEPING was never an issue. (echos! hahaha)
I AM A HEAVY SLEEPER, witness it during summer vac
ation.. I sleep for about 12-16 hours haha.. AND I THANK THAT STILL I AM ALIVE.
I read from one article that SLEEPING IS A PRACTICE OF DEATH, also heard it from MR.FLORES. hahaha

"try taking a picture when you closed your eyes, you see that's you when you die" -wooooh

(that's the effect of too much SOCIAL STUDIES haha.)


ONE THING THAT I AM PROUD OF IS THAT, whatever time I sleep, I woke up early in the morning, it's an achievement NOT BEING LATE ON CLASSES.ü
'ever since i entered high school STAYING UP LATE has been a ritual to me. . . hahaha

haha. "mantika?" lolx me is i'm awake and active at night and i hate waking up so early. :P eventhough I tried sleeping so early I can't sleep. iba na lang kung pagod. oh well masarap matulog. haha
